Oh, Mr Buchanan! Leave me alone! - # 120
This is the birch tree at the bottom of my garden, and this is the sky I'm looking at. The weather is AWFUL. (But the rain is welcome....I must say).
But, scientists say it's normal! A famous Scottish meteorologist named Buchanan proved by statistics that in May it is normal to have weather that is not normal. Now think about that, children.
He must have been onto something, because in the land of his birth May is (or was in my experience) the best month to be out of doors. Dry, sunny, calm and no midges. If that isn't unnatural I don't know what is

ReplyDeletewe had an awful weather this week in Madrid as you could see. But Sunday morning was quite sunny and warm... not now anymore.. i hope weather becomes normal this week! i want to go to the countryside to spend the day at the sun! :)
