Richmond upon Thames: the view from London's "Arcadia" along the River Thames in Southwest London.
......OK, the yellow and green go back in. I certainly don't want to upset anyone over Easter.
Good wishes to all of you.

Yes - it does look better.......
ReplyDeleteI, too, prefer this version. Happy Easter to you, too.
ReplyDeleteI missed it.
ReplyDeleteHello! I saw your comments at BADP and had to see where Richmond Plantation is located. I think I had heard of it, but apparently not enough. I live about two hours southeast of V and also grew up in Birmingham. I really like both versions of your photo. I am off to read & see more of your blog! Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteOh goody! I like this version better too. The water did look beautiful in yesterday's tho - more noticeable, as it were.
ReplyDeleteLike Virginia, I was surprised to see you have Azaleas. I thought they were a warm-climate plant. Is the Isabella Plantation you referred to an indoor situation?
Yes, better! I would follow this stream into the golden woods, but not yesterday's!
ReplyDeleteYour blog, your rules. I like the lack of those yellows so I can concentrate on the hint of blue sky in reflected in the water. It harder to create beauty in the (assumed)plain, this is a marvellous example.
