Climbing roses in Teddington - # 09/81

A delightful row of old workman's cottages in Watts Rd, just off Teddington High St. No doubt now costing a King's Ransom to buy or rent.

  2. So pretty. I do love it when people decorate their homes with vines and roses. A lovely terrace and so different from how it would have been when these were workmens' cottages.

  3. @Cergie..........thank you for your interpretation; and also for the fact that you obviously looked very closely at the picture.

  5. Nice houses, of course especially if covered with roses!

Surprising evolution; as you say, which normal "worker" can today afford to live in such a house in a big city!

Lovely photo and nice feedback. I lived in the house with the white roses for 5 years, until July 2007. It is a lovely little Lane.
