Damp day - cosy tea room - # 08/69

The blossom outside seemed to lose it's charm when set against the hot tea and buttered toast on a damp, windy, quite cold Saturday.

  1. Oh I so disagree. Is there anything more wonderful than indoors in the warm on a cold day - nice fire, tea and buttered toast and looking out at that wonderful blossom. I love this photograph. And the more you look at it, you start thinking of a story - who is having the tea, who sits at that window? Who lives in the house?

Love it, love it, love it.

  5. I dunno - I think it's rather good, contrast of tea set and foliage. And B+W simplifies and emphasises this. Nicely lit as well

  6. Sounds good to me. Nothing is better than freshly warm toasts with butter melted on them.
