Red rider - # 48/2011
The grey and the damp are still with us but the Spring is definitely in the air. The days are getting longer and the sun is breaking through. On the plus side the cool air is envigourating and provided you are well wrapped up and assured of a warm home and a good hot tea on the table when you arrive back, it's OK! (Oh, and don't you just love that flat grey sky?)
This is a lovely composition. I have seen several wonderful photos today with haze or fog obscuring the background a bit. Maybe we place too much emphasis on sunny days for photographs.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely winter scene. Have to say bare trees like this do depress me (yes I'm spoiled) but this is a beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteMais oui j'aime ce ciel brumeux si romantique et aussi ces beaux arbres nus et cette herbe en touffes sèches.
