Architectural detail - # 08/161

Along the river and in the Park there are great vistas and panoramas, but in the older narrow streets there are delightful little details to discover if you use your eyes and hunt around.

  1. That's something you must learn as a blogger; look for "details"! Obviously you have learnt!

  2. Hi Roon! This month promises to be even more hectic than the already chaotic previous ones! Anyhow, a blogging break is absolutely needed to balance the atmosphere. So here I am enjoying your blog and the delicious details you found!!
Loved the Light & Shadow and the Archivist. Excellent pictures! And the «no cracks» is lovely!!
Meanwhile Blogtrotter has now posted my 401st post (on Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA)! Hope you enjoy and have a great weekend!

  3. This is absolutely charming. Surprises me that the wood (is it wood?) above the doors is flat - wouldn't it need to slope to allow rain to run off it? What would I know? I don't even know if a sheep is male or female!

Love the photograph, love the detail.
