At first I took in the well dressed lady, then that she was elderly and with a cane, then that this was a show of garden splendor, then that she brought her glass to help read the entries, and then your caption brought the house down. Wonderful photo, lovely dry humor, very well done.

ReplyDeleteQue de détails dans cette photo : ne serait ce que la canne, la loupe (ce sont des légumes miniatures ? Pour les pumpkins qui d'ordinaire sont des "bêtes à concours" ce serait moins utile), le chapeau et la profusion des échantillons.
