Richmond upon Thames: the view from London's "Arcadia" along the River Thames in Southwest London.
......and here we are amidships, admiring the civilised layout and the Oriental treatment of sundeck! Enjoy the tiny but perfect model rowing boat (as well as the rest of it!).

my imagination could still go wild seeing a boat like this. Tnx!
ReplyDeleteHelluva lot of incendiary stuff on that barge - you don't suppose they're going to float it up to westminster and......
ReplyDeleteI see the fog and a bridge at the end...Such lovely place to be!
ReplyDeleteNice to see how well kept this one is! I often take a walk along the Seine to watch all the nice barges there. Nice also to see that not all barges are abandoned or scrapped!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like heaven - except perhaps in a strong wind. Or rain.
ReplyDeleteI've changed the photo on Bleu sur Bleu on Monte Carlo DP and thanked you Chuckeroon for valued advice on trimming - now trimmed to your specifications - and I'm most grateful as always for your advice.
This is a very nice boat and a good photo of it.
ReplyDeleteI love the misty scene and the potted plants and the promise of a nice drink in the gazebo in better weather!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a pretty comfortable and appealing life! I love the canope. What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteNow, THAT is the life!
ReplyDelete*lol* ... looks almost like my neighbour's garden. If she saw it she would liket to have that Buddha, too.
ReplyDeleteRichard's comment made me laugh, we have some fairly similar looking barges here in Avignon - what makes a huge difference here is the tides. In Avignon, we only get the occasional flood...
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo......
