"Goat Wharf": what a name to conjure with! It immediately calls up dark mysteries and tales of "the Olden Days". This is THE bus stop for your entrance into the old canal docks of Brentford - a photographer's delight.
I wasted some of the best years of my life waiting on that 267. And I mean waiting....
ReplyDeleteWell, today we can at least say that the bus services are enormously improved. The quality, quantity and reliability of the service has improved beyond recognition since that period of great decline. To my mind this is a big "positive". Did you know that e.g. the 65 is now 24hrs every 7 mins?
